A “cyst” is a closed or “sac-like” structure that is full of semi-solid material, gases or liquid. Sebaceous cysts occur due to the buildup of sebum, an oily substance that keeps your skin and hair moisturized. Most sebaceous cysts are found on the face, the neck, the back, and rarely, in the genital area. Though they grow slowly and are usually painless, they can be uncomfortable and show up in embarrassing spots.

While turmeric alone won’t get rid of a cyst, the spice has well-known anti-inflammatory properties that may help with the healing process. Leave the honey on the cyst for a few hours, as a longer amount of time may help it to be more effective. Healthcare providers typically diagnose pilar cysts by examining your scalp. It may be possible to prevent its reoccurrence after surgery. The cyst is less likely to grow back if the doctor has removed the cyst entirely, rather than just draining it.
When to see a doctor about a sebaceous cyst
I have about 7 more that are not as big and I dread the heck out of it... But I will get done before december cause of insurance... Especially the cutting of my scalp and the sewing my head up... Only some healthcare providers can remove cysts. If your regular healthcare provider can’t do it then you’ll be referred to a specialist.

10 minutes after both rounds of injections... Then did internal stitches and external stitches like fishing line... The swelling has gone down and it feels normal... It doesn't feel all the way yet but i do have stitches in there and it was big as heck to... My incision after stitchin was over a half an inch...
